Our pricing is primarily based on the size of the property, typically determined by the number of bedrooms. Larger properties require more time and resources to clean thoroughly, which is reflected in the overall price.

Will the price change after I book?

In most cases, the price will remain exactly as quoted. However, if the property is significantly larger than described, in unusually poor condition, or requires additional services not included in the original booking, we may need to adjust the quote before work begins.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No. We aim to keep our pricing clear and transparent. The price quoted covers the full end of tenancy clean as outlined in our checklist. Optional services such as inventory reports are priced separately and only included if requested.

When do I need to pay for the clean?

Payment is usually required in advance to secure your booking. In some cases, alternative arrangements may be agreed in advance, particularly for landlords, letting agents, or portfolio clients. Please get in touch if you require more information.
